A light suddenly popped up on my dash, instead of waiting for hours at a dealership I stopped by autozone for a diagnostic. Ryan helped me promptly and helped solve an easy problem that the dealership would have probably charged me a ton for.

We stopped by AutoZone to purchase windshield wipers for my car. It turns out that wasn't as simple a task as we anticipated. Our car apparently has some special features that seemed to require specific wiper blades. We didn't realize that and as we struggled to change the blades, the staff there was extremely helpful in assisting us. Ultimately, the manager, Michael, really came through and was able to solve our problem for us and could not have been more kind in doing so. He went over and above to provide us the best service. We will always come to this store for our auto parts needs from now on thanks to this great experience.

Had my alternator checked out here,and the parts person said that it showed "failed on his readout. I asked how many Amps. it showed. He said that it only shows "Pass or Fail". I disconnected the Positive post from the battery, and the motor stayed running with everything on.....? SCHETTIE

Guys there are always helpful, I haven't worked on a car in ainute, you forget little things, and the guy was really helpful the other day, when just helping get the right type of oil for my car, he told me something that I had forgotten about, it's always good to have those guys in the world.
