Kiara is perfect! I used to be a district training manager, and along with training new associate's in sales and product knowledge there are certain behaviors that are intrinsic rather than just taught. Kiara quickly provided a resolution to an issue I was having with a purchase that I had originally initiated online. I don't like having to ask others for what I can do for myself. However, and 2 previous tech support calls( and they helped me as much as they could) only a store sales associate could really help me finish my transaction. I briefly explained my issue, and she politely asked me if it was alright for her to put me on hold while she did some research, and I acknowledged. Shortly thereafter she returned, and quickly had my issue resolved and even told me how soon I could get my new items. She was just really impressive across all metrics with regards to my purchases and I would certainly be offering her a position in management and training!

Not the store but credit customer service seriously need to improve when I have had my account for seven years and yall decided to close it all I'm saying I always pay my stuff off now this I won't come back ever

Bought a mattress and adjustable base in early January it was delivered late January..by August it was beginning to sink in the middle, a tech came out said it would be replaced, didn't hear anything back so I called after getting a run around for a few hours I was told the tech said it was dirty and had no mattress pad, my answer was I took off the pad &bedding before the tech got there. Anyway the mattress had some area that was soiled so they will not do anything. Understand but don't like being told one thing and then doing another. Not trustworthy at all. No customer service

Been over a month ..Bought bedroom sets for my grandson .Ariel and the rest quoted me labor day prices however upon receiving my bill it was full cost...Supposed to have a delivery today haven't showed up haven't been in contact with us we have had to call the. Still hvnt got the rest of our furniture and need to get a lawyer to get the rest I guess..pitiful

I will not be using Badcock again after my furniture is delivered. I had a delivery, which they gave me a 9:30-11:30 window and said I would be notified before they get there. They never noticed me until 11:35 and at that point they were already at my house; however, I was not there. I asked if they could wait 15 minutes, they said yes; as I get there, there’s a tag on my door that I missed my delivery; after I rushed to get back due to their mistake. This messed up my other delivery, and wasted my time and money. No thanks!

Big chain stores do not care about customers. Bait and switch. Came in to pay cash for a new sofa. Employee said they didn't have any in stock and that floor models were not sold. Also, the couch would come in a week and then maybe a week longer to deliver. There were literally 3 empty delivery trucks sitting by the front door. Don't waste your time. Go to Spiller furniture. Best experience we have ever had. Wound up buying a couch and a new mattress and it was delivered the next morning.

Not worth dealing with...took us 5 months to get our table and chairs and upon delivery they broke the table and destroyed my yard and a month later still havent heard back from the manager!!!

The furniture falls apart and mine has broken legs when they brought it to my house. I’ve had some unexpected expenses come up and I simply can’t afford them anymore. I told them that. The guy at the store said they will come up with a date and time to come get them. Nobody ever contacted me Again. I kept messaging their corporate page and some rude lady finally called me and said they can’t refund them because they got bought out. First of all that’s a lie, 2 different people in the store said they can. I have falling apart couches that I can’t simply afford anymore. I came to them as the customer way before the due date and expressed my situation. They’ve don’t absolutely nothing to help. Do not buy furniture from here. They are sure as hell nice about selling furniture but after the fact their customer service is NON EXISTENT

The girls were very helpful. Hopefully the out of stock bedroom set will be delivered on time like one of the girls said it would. Nice experience.
