Yeah if you are a trucker good luck finding space, locals park their sedans in truck parking using it I assume as their yard. Otherwise the place is not that bad, good Mexican food next door

We moved to the area recently and I swear every time we come to this location, the clerks are just nasty and rude. I was in there tonight 5/7/25 at 9:15pm and the clerk was no where to be found. I heard her in the back shuffling some things so I gave her some time as I’m sure she heard the door open and I didn’t want to be rude. I had to go look for her to ask her to assist me at the counter. I requested a pack of cigarettes and she rung it up and walked away. No greeting, no waiting in case there was any issues with my payment… NOTHING. I could have just taken the merchandise and walked out without paying. This has been an on-going issue with all of the clerks there. You guys gotta do better or just have your self serve check outs. I will be posting this in the Prattville groups as I read majority of the reviews and I must say, this store needs major help.

The bathrooms were disgusting. Especially the toilets. You could smell that the bathrooms weren’t clean and even the floors in the store were dirty. Only self check out was open and wanted to charge us for items we didn’t even have.

I’ve been coming here because of the truck parking and I have to say the restrooms look nasty all the time. There not even that busy they can do a wellness check on there restrooms when there not busy. This place really needs to do better for the customers and truck drivers.

These are the worst stores in history they don't even know what they're selling they could care less about their customers make me wait over 20 minutes to decide they can't sell me something that's in their store on their shelf while they let many other customers go before me that was behind me AGM convince me to give this store a shot this is the second circle k I have ever stopped at

This location in Prattville is NEW and the managers are not doing it all right. There’s been a month of it’s opening and there’s a big project two min away and this the last stop for hundreds of people and they seldomly have taquitos breakfast items or food in the fridge. The fridge in the middle near the coffee is always empty. They say it’s broken. They are lazy
