I inquired about when I would receive my plate 2 months after making it. After telling me I would receive my plate approximately 2 days before Christmas, I responded with something along the lines of “great, we can enjoy the plate for 2 days & then put it away.”
When my husband went to go pick up the plate, this is what he was given — a bag with huge letters that said “SO HAPPY YOU CAN ENJOY THIS FOR MORE THAN ONE DAY.” lol I mean.. really? I haven’t even looked at the plate. Zero desire. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LORA. *now I will only think of your terrible customer service when I look at this plate, not the sweet memory meant to go with it.* & I care not one bit for whatever your petty response to my review is. Learn how to run a business efficiently.

Lora has been making my handprint memories for seven years. She is amazing and she clearly has a great talent for what she does. I will forever cherish my grandchildren’s handprint pieces.

I’ve had many many pieces done by Lora and she does a FANTASTIC job!! She clearly knows what she’s doing and makes it so fun in the process!! Missing item, and put wrong name on ornament when it was clearly stated on the order slip. Blocked me on Facebook so you know they’re in the wrong.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I've been attending classes with Ms. Lora since 2013. My Kids & I ABSOLUTELY love everything about her. She teaches us about as well as we paint. Very Lovely & Friendly.
