Always stop here but this time was better than any other. The lady taking our order and such was over the top friendly and bubbly. The service was amazing and as always was the food. Not sure who this lady is but she deserves an award or something. The world would be better if everyone was as nice as her. My son wanted plain ice cream and she over head after we placed the other that he wanted sprinkles so she sent out a little cup of sprinkles with his food. Such a kind gesture that could have easily been overlooked. That’s customer service that’s true kindness.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of access

We had to wait to even be recognized and we ordered 2 Banana splits and they only put a half of a Banana on each instead of cutting a whole one in half for each one and put less ice cream on them and too much white cream like stuff on top to make it look like we was getting our money's

The food was great, but there was a lot of loud talking and complaining in the kitchen area. You could hear it plainly out on the dinning room. And the manager or employee complained about a costumer getting another ranch dipping sauce and they said the ranch is not free if it's not free then they should charge for it.

Got a coupon for a purchase of a Small Blizzard at regular price and get a 2nd Small Blizzard for $1.99. In the e-mail offer it stated all I had to do was sign into Dairy Queen App and redeem coupon. I opened the App, but it didn't show any coupon. The young lady working the counter sought out the manager. He came up and explained the issue once again. They had no idea why the coupon didn't show up in App. They honored it finally but it wasn't a good look for their App. After I returned home I've since removed the App. And another reason for removing it was that a Small Blizzard was $4.89, which is outrageous for such a small item and this freakin' economy!

The blizzard was good as usual, the chili cheese fries were way salty too the point of couldn't eat them but I already made it home. The people working the window seem to always have an attitude like they find whoever has a bad day going and sticks them out

Worst dairy Queen in the city. Unprofessional and not customer oriented at all. The floor is always dirty and the cooks do alot to say the least without washing their habds. Be careful families.

The lady that worked the front was amazing. I had my 2 young granddaughters with me and she just took care of us. We were all tired out from a trip to the zoo and she went above and beyond to make our visit wonderful! (I asked her name but then, this Grandma has forgotten it.)

If an employee is on the clock, they don't need to be on their phone, and ignoring the customer(s). The customers should be the FIRST priority.

Stopped in for a bite..glad we did. The staff was incredible..the lady that was working the drive thru was very nice and chatted with us..food was fresh and delish..

The main reason for the rating is the locations practice of having almost everyone drive around for them to bring their food out the front door, instead of handing it out the window, even if there is no one waiting behind you. My mother loves Dairy Queen and we often visit after church. I order her an original cheeseburger and fries and every time, regardless of how busy they are or are not they have me drive around instead of handing it out the window. Please just let me wait at the window and hand it out that way. This last time there was no one in the line but 4 other cars waiting out front. The parking area is not that large and it just would have made more sense to hand everyone’s food out the window rather than having them pull around. This is also a complete waste of time for the employees as instead of walking from back of house to drive-thru window they have to carry the food out front and find the cars, the distance and time is ridiculous.
