What a rip off! I usually never use Dollar General, but thought I would try the app. Terrible service. Everything was priced wrong! The manager refused to give me items for the amount they had advertised on the shelf and said well it must just be wrong and there was nothing he could do. Would not even let me refund the items! Not go to this store do not do not.

I’m taking the time to send this because I care about your success and I’m confident I speak for many - You guys are set up to rule and be dominant for years to come at 428 East Main in Prattville, AL, not to mention with the loft project’s future presence - why y’all are blowing it is beyond me - Plastic-wrapped dollies packed with merchandise just sitting there, unsellable, no manpower to put the merchandise on the shelf - refrigeration and freezers broken down and at this point it’s becoming routine - staff is great and you will run them off with your business model - this is not a supply issue, it’s a business model issue - we go elsewhere now, DG is no longer dependable - it’s yours to take back, so DO IT.
