Extremely busy no one answered the phone and when I arrived they had no vehicle available to rent. They rented the vehicle as they came in. The transportation there from the body shop was good and the return trip.

Enterprise location, 2277 Cobbs Ford Rd, Prattville, AL 36066. Nov 20-27th, 2023. Great Service. Monae handled my pickup, and adjusted my bill to match my online quoted price. Mike, the manager was professional. Held my virtual waiting spot while i left to renew expired drivers license. Upgraded to full size with no extra charge when mid-size was unavailable. They were efficient and I would recommend this branch.

We were led to believe for weeks prior to our trip that Enterprise would provide us with our rental for a family trip.... many conversations and confirmations and 6 hours prior to picking up... oh, you don't have our automobile...Never ever ever again!!Horrible service

My car got hit by an 18-wheeler and their insurance company reserved me a car with Enterprise. The car I received was a 2023 RAV4 and it was pretty much brand new and very nice. The employees at Enterprise stayed in touch with my lawyer and the trucking company and only called me when it was time to renew the rental contract, at which time I just turned it in because the body shop finished with my car the same day. I will definitely consider renting from them again if the need arises

I did not have any problems renting the car, service was very quick. I love the fact they check on you the next day to make sure everything is okay with the vehicle.

I enjoy renting with Enterprise in Prattville. They’re always straightforward, thorough, and open about renting prices, terms, coverage, etc. they answer all my questions and are really flexible if there’s anything I need to change. Mike is always so helpful each time I rent. Joshua is great as well. I’m sure the rest of the staff models the same behavior and service.

This was a great experience on an otherwise stressful day. Abby quickly helped get me a rental car for an important doctor's appointment I had to get to after my car was in the shop. Mike was very quick to help me return the car the next day. Zikiah drove me back to work and was so sweet and pleasant on the trip. All of the staff was polite and helpful. This was a great experience, and I will use them again in the future if needed.
