“Arrived at 8:30am. Lobby was full so I knew there would be a wait.
Checked in at 8:39am via Solv.

Meanwhile I booked an appt via Solv. for 3:15pm. But I wanted to get checked in before leaving so I stayed.

Called to the counter for insurance and payment. I made the payment and told the technician that I made an appt and she said they don’t use the appt system that it’s walk-in, first-come, first-served. Even if you have an appt. ?

In the exam room at 10am. No one came to check on me so I stepped into the doorway. Saw that 2 persons who arrived in the lobby after me were leaving. The doctor saw me at the doorway at 11am and asked the staff who was in that exam room. Doctor came in at 11:05 to talk with me. After some tests, doctor gave the results and called in a prescription. About 20 min later a staff member happened to pass by and asked if was still waiting. ? I said yes. She went outside, came back in and then brought the discharge papers to me. The doctor and staff were friendly and capable.

I left at 12:30pm.

I’m not a sickly person but felt awful. I was exhausted. I worked at a clinic such as this as a LPN. No one should be in a clinic for 5 hours.”
