Halfway through our 7 hour road trip to the beach, we got a “transmission too hot” warning on our Honda Pilot. It’s a Sunday so service options are pretty limited. We called and received fantastic over-the-phone advice, and then stopped for a once over and fluid level check.
Thank you for your awesome, helpful service especially to folks far from home.

I can't say enough about this Firestone location! We had car trouble on our way to the beach and we had to leave our Jeep at their shop. Dennis was so caring and helpful for us, he kept us updated on our Jeep while on vacation. This place is a step above and highly recommend!!!

I had serious car trouble headed on my vacation and Firestone in Prattville AL saved me. Dennis explained my issue and fixed my car in under 2 hours. You just don’t see that kind of customer service anymore. He even called me the next day to make sure I reached my destination. So thankful!

Always friendly service. They won’t up charge you for things you don’t want. They explain what issues you have and let you decide if you want to correct them. Best Firestone service station around.

We've used Firestone in Prattville for as long as I can remember and they have always been top notched. They go above and beyond to keep you informed every step of the way. Chuck is awesome. Always greets us by first name as soon as we step in the door. That's the only place we go for car care!

Overall good experience at Prattville Firestone. I would’ve liked more selection of tires for my car, but pretty much satisfied with their work.
