Storage facility was clean. Doors were in great shape. Ample lighting for space. Pleasant people to deal with. Area was not a locked gate code secure section. But felt my things were pretty secure in storage there. They even contacted me when our locker was not secured by the lock do to door not being closed properly.

Rate increases are too often and the temperature inside is way too warm for climate control! Customer service however is phenomenal (Regina)

Everything went smoothly with signing up online. I had to call a couple times to get instructions for how to get in and out of the door at the facility the first time but everyone I spoke to was very kind and helpful!
