“My late husband and I began coverage with Michael Gay/State Farm many years ago. The staff has always assisted with any and all questions/needs. Through years of a teen driver, selling a home and moving etc....... every step of the way, they are there to assist me. All of the staff is AWESOME. However, most of my dealings for many years having been with Teresa Cleary. She does a SUPERB JOB and always works hard to make sure all details and discounts are applied. She knows her job and does it very well. I trust them to take care of our insurance needs and they have never let me down. They are not agents to me now but friends as they have been with me through many changing seasons of life. I HIGHLY recommend this agent. It's nice to have a local agent to call vs calling a number and being placed on hold or waiting for security verification codes. Often times I just start talking because Teresa knows who I am. Lol If you are looking for an agent, look no further. You WILL NOT be sorry.”

“Mitch, Paula, and the team at State Farm are exactly the kind of professionals you want at the other end of a call or message! They are always very responsive to any changes in my family's policies needs, and when my son bought his first car from a dealership Paula was there right away(she even stayed late just so we could drive it home insured that day. Talk about going above and beyond the call! So, we are just so very grateful for the many years being with them, and the fact that even though I'm one of possibly hundreds or more, they still treat me like I'm their only client. Their rates are as good or better than some random internet site, and they actually quite literally treat you like your neighbors as it shows in their dedication anytime you need them.....they are there for you!

“I have been insured by Alfa since I was a teenager on my mom's policy. As an adult i have remained with this company and one day will add my children to policies. They make everything so easy. I see so many different insurance providers and the way they handle accidents through my employment at an injury firm. Not all make the process easy! The cheaper policies with the other insurance providers definitely are not always best. For a few dollars more you can go with the best, Alfa! Ms. Kelly at the Prattville office is amazing!! She has helped me through a couple of claims over the years. She gets everything set up and makes the process so easy!”

“I received an American Community Survey from the US Census Bureau which was mandatory for me to complete under threat of fine. I was asked a lot of personal questions that I didn't have readily available the information I needed. The lady I spoke to , first wanted to be sure I wasn't being scammed then she told me how much I was paying annually for my homeowners insurance. Every time I have called the office I have been pleased with the courteous and professional manner I have been assisted with. I am also pleased with my Farmers Insurance I have on my home snd car.”

“If you need a good price on some car insurance, you need to come to Southern American! We have a new driver in our household. We were going to add him to our insurance which we have full coverage on both of our cars, and wanted just liability for our sons vehicle. It was going to increase by $300 a month?I came to Southern American and talk to.Chione Armendarez and he had a company that gave us the same coverage for $468 for 6 MONTHS ? Instead of paying $3600.00 a year (which is about the same price as the vehicle itself) we now pay $900 ! NOW THATS A GREAT DEAL!”
