We were passing through the area and spent the night in Prattville. Sought a local breakfast establishment. Had never heard of Krystal, so decided to try it. Definitely not a recommended place for eating. Poorly spent $15.40. The food was absolutely tasteless. My breakfast bowl...where do I begin? I ordered bacon with mine. I got a sausage patty that appeared to have a couple of bites. I guessed it was just broken. But not what I ordered. So I took it back. The server took the sausage off the top, which the cheese was stuck to, plopped some bacon on top, and handed it back. All grits and very little egg which wouldn't be bad if it was tasty. My husband ordered a 3 egg breakfast. It came with a lot of shells in the eggs. He also requested a biscuit but got an under-toasted soggy bread. The only redeeming thing was my bacon. It was nicely cooked.

Unreasonably slow drive thru, however the young lady at the window was very pleasant and polite, the food was as expected maybe a little better.

I haven't been to this Ye place in a while.Decided to stop in for breakfast and get me a Krystal sunriser. I ordered seven crystal sunrises. Also order a small hash brown. The total came to $20. They had me wait for the sandwiches. I waited a good eight minutes and when they brought the sandwich to the car it was hot but it wasn't worth that I'm out of money. They change the way the sandwich used to the meat is more bigger and the bread. They are wrapped now and not in a box and didn't taste the same. I think I'm done eating them now.

Doesn't matter if you order online, you still want get your food on time. The cooks and cashier will touch your food with their bare hands to put it in the boxes right in front of the managers. The cook dropped a box on the floor and picked it up put a Krystal in it, and sent it on out the window. Guess that's the special sauce? The krystals taste the same as long as they remember the musterd, but half the time they don't.

I am a gm at a fast food service and I went to your store on January 17 and got there at 8pm there was nobody in line inside nor out and I ordered my food took us 30 minutes to get it but your employees were sitting in the lobby eating I see why this Krystal does no business at night becuase the service is awful and the Manger needs to clear out this shift and I'd rather get food at the montgomery than come back here there was also no tea 4 hours before closing but this is not the first time it's been lime this happens all the time but I won't be back

We went through the Prattville Krystal drive through on the way to the beach on December 28th. It took forever but we patiently waited. We ordered 6 Krystal’s, 6 Chics, two drinks and fries which we thought was a combo and according to your drive through signage, around $20. Shocking that the man in the window was going to charge us $44. We explained the signage did not reflect that, he argued with us and we drove off. We felt like we’d been punked!

Me and my coworkers came in for breakfast, food was good and employees were very nice but the manager she had a very nasty attitude and were getting smart with the customers, I've never had this problem with prior management in the past and I come here often for breakfast. Staff even looks uncomfortable working with her.

I feel like they should replace the drive-thru ordering So everyone can hear everyone better over half My order wasn't heard and I don't know if it's because of the thing wasn't working right or the headpiece inside wasn't working right or other reasons such as don't care food wasn't too bad. It's been better maybe krystals should get remodeled that might help out tremendously I know that would help drive through situation and maybe get people in there that I feel like would like to work there. It might just be me, but that's the way the atmosphere seem like to me and they definitely need their steamed french fries back. Or however, they made the other ones Don't really like the new styleVegetarian options: You mean there's vegetarian options? Because I haven't seen the vegetarian option on the menu through the drive-thru I tried to walk in one time about a month ago, maybe a little less and they were closed. It was like 6 or 7:00 so I had to go through the drive-thru Needless to say, couldn't hardly hear me or they didn't care to want to hear me

Everytime I go here I get disappointed. Prices have went ridiculously high ($28 for 2 meals) and the food just is not the same.

Nothing like ordering 6 Plain Krystals with no Onions only to get home to just 5 Krystals with cheese and slap full of onions and cold fries! The incompetence reigns supreme at the Prattville Krystals! Maybe if they had competent staff that weren't on their phones and could actually listen to the order and read the screen, they might could get it right! What a joke!
