Went Saturday to look at a 2024 Nissan Titan. It was exactly what I was looking for and Campbell made the transaction go smoothly with no hidden fees or unnecessary add ons unlike all the other dealerships selling the same vehicle. They were also thousands less than my local dealerships in Georgia. Bonus was they delivered my car to my house over 200 miles one way for free. Highly recommend this dealership!

Everyone hates working a car deal….all the back and forth with prices and payments, waiting on updates, etc. Shawn at Long-Lewis is hands down the best; honest, no nonsense, keeps you updated a long the way and had the best customer service in the land. Be patient with him, he’s a wanted man to handle your next car deal but worth the wait.

The service department at Long Lewis is a really great group of people. I recently had a repair on my F150 and the experience was top notch. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly staff member and were treated very well. They took care of my truck in a very timely manner. The facilities are modern and clean. I would highly recommend Long Lewis to anyone looking for a great experience.

So far, not so good. Bought a 2017 GMC Sierra from them in March. Took it back a few weeks later because of an issue with the truck not starting (while it was still under initial warranty). They couldn’t replicate the problem so they sent me on my way and told me to come back if I had the issue again. 2 months later, the issue happened again. (No longer under warranty). The starter is bad. They did split the 1,000 bill with me but the extended warranty they sold me did not cover any of it.
Now, 2 more months have passed….the axle broke in half going down the road. So now, bought the truck in March, 6 months In I am almost 3,000 in repairs.
The manager reached out to Ford Warranty and assured me that this was a warranty covered issue. Ford warranty then refused to cover ANY of the bill. So I bought a truck, and had to drop several thousand dollars into it within 6 months just to keep it on the road.
If you buy a used car from them…look it over very very closely. These pictures are what happened while I was driving through town that blew a tire out, and ripped the ABS out. And stick me with the $1600 bill.
