WARNING WARNING DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IF STORE CANNOT FULFILL DO NOT AT ANY COST ALLOW THEM TO SCHEDULE DELIVERY!!!! The people at the store are nice but if you want to buy something and the store cannot fulfill the order, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I paid the delivery fee and then my refrigerator was never delivered. I contacted everyone and they started out by saying that we was not home until I told them I have cameras and can prove they never showed up. Then they run you around and talk to 20 different people until they close and no help is ever given. If you have to order something I advise you to go elsewhere.

Bought a refrigerator on a business account. Was suppose to be delivered 5 days ago on 5/2. Still have no refrigerator and can’t get money back. The incompetence here is astounding. They can’t do anything. I tell them business is closed by this hour and weekends and that’s when they try to deliver. We will close this account and go elsewhere,.

Bought a new lawn mower from Lowe’s in Prattville. When I went to pick it up they took a very long time getting it for me. Now I know why. Lowe’s sold me a bad lawn mower and now I’m trying to get it replaced or my money back and the customer service people up front are telling me that is not their problem. Lowe’s screwed me out of $4,000 and I am pissed. Do not buy a lawn mower from Lowe’s in Prattville. They will give you junk saying it is brand new and when you try to talk to them they say to bad. Will never go here again

We recently bought a refrigerator at this Lowe's on a busy Saturday morning. Honestly, this is probably the nicest Lowe's I've ever been in. There were plenty of employees available to help us from the appliance department all the way to check out. Everyone was very pleasant and the process was seamless and efficient. Even better, the refrigerator we were interested in cost $1399 online, but when we visited the store in person the price was $1199! Definitely a good idea to shop in person.
