Polite staff. However, the Penske service location did not have all the required items that I originally reserved (i.e. no hand trucks available despite my online reservation confirming this requirement). I was forced to purchase one at a nearby store vs. simply renting one. I also had issues with opening the rear trailer door due to the lock mechanism being damaged. The pick-up process was delayed due to the vehicle not being signed in by the staff-- it caused me to wait around for about 30 minutes unnecessarily (and eat into my reservation time). I also had to wait for the packing blankets (once again eating into my reservation time). On a positive note, the truck was clean and ran well.

This location is perfect, easy to work with and you can get great short and long term rentals. I got a 10% discount. Will definitely come back. Thank you for all the help.

Should have done this a long time ago but A&J Penske Rental has always helped us. Best part you can park your personal vehicle on site for days and no issues.

It would be unfair on my behalf to give A& J and car wash a 99% positive review. Miss Rachel and husband deserve a 100. Meeting them and making business with them has made my long trip out of state very easy. They went the long way to find me any discount available at the time. Without Miss Rachel, I would have paid more than what I paid to Penske. I was offered many kind of boxes for free to help with my relocation. If you are out there looking to rent a truck, do not hesitate to call a&j. They are most friendliest people I ever met. I really wish to see them grow and supported. Thank you A&J. A great, affordable car wash in a convenient location with wonderful staff! And you can wash your dog at the same time! (Also has Penske truck rental for a true one-stop shop.)
