I am extremely impressed with T n T Nail Salon in Prattville. I have recently started getting my pedicures at this incredible little business. I truly appreciate the hospitality of the new owner Huan. Anna and Helen took extremely good care of me and my best friend, and I thoroughly enjoy the laid back environment of the salon. Sarah is hilarious, and I genuinely felt welcomed by everyone there. It’s nice to spend your money in places where people actually enjoy working there, and customers are appreciated. Excellent customer service, and be sure to ask for Helen (“Ha” sp? Is her real name.)

Always an awesome experience! I feel like a valued customer as soon as I walk in the door. Lisa is exceptionally talented, and she takes the time to ensure my nails are beautiful every time. This is a fun environment with friendly employees, and I highly recommend it!

If I can give this place a zero I would. The manager of the nail salon is disgustingly rude. When I could no longer take his right de behavior I asked for someone else to paint my nails he became very belligerent and rude; Cursing and yelling at me.
In addition, the young lady that was supposed to work on my friends manicure went on a 30 minute phone call and left her waiting! Save yourself the time and the trouble! Find a place that values the customers time and is professional. Fancy Nails does a much better job and they are very kind.

I went in to get a full set/French tips. To walk out with this (see photo) I am not new to getting my nails done. Nor was getting the service I requested and unfortunately paid for. The woman who did them MUST be new to doing nails… having her represent T N T is a HUGE mistake on their part. She lacks skill and basic knowledge. PLAIN AND SIMPLY PUT, MY NAILS ARE UGLY!!! She tried to argue with me that my nail bed is why they look this way… absolutely NOT. She cut my actual nails. Before applying the tips (after I told her not to). She doesn’t know how to do nails and shouldn’t be allowed to PLAY on people hands. I do NOT recommend this place at all!

I have been going to T&T Nails for quite some time. I have never been disappointed. I'm very picky about my hands and feet so once I find a place I love, they have my loyalty. Bonus: I won a $100 gift card!!

I have Fibromyalgia with osteoarthritis, I was in the middle of a bad flare up ( I could barely walk) I went in today for a pedi so I could get the feet & back massage. I had the pleasure of meeting Emma who I explained my issues to, she took her time and was very careful not to cause anymore pain to me. I highly recommend them. Everyone was very friendly towards me. I for sure will be back

I got an ombré dip set and it looks fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and I got to learn a lot about their story. They’ve been through a lot as a family trying to keeping this business going. They did an amazing job giving me what I wanted, as well as being friendly and talkative through the process.

I have been going to T and T nails for a while now and I’m never disappointed. I get so many compliments on the designs that they do. I have a great experience every time and I think their prices are very reasonable. I usually don’t have to wait unless I go during their busiest time which is typically mid day on Saturday but even then they work hard to get to every client in a timely manner. The staff is always so friendly and helpful so I get exactly what I’m looking for.

Do not go to this salon. The whole staff is rude and unprofessiona. I was over charged $55 then when I went in to show them what was going on with my nails the owner acted like she didn't care that my nails had not been on for a good two weeks yet are already popping off. Then when the tech put my nails on she did the design wop sided. I was charged $45 for a $30 pedicure.. . It's just amazing how unprofessional these ppl are. I see why the daughter has problems now, they don't do right by their customers.. .
