My husband and I just purchased a 2019 F250 from Pigg Enterprises and we had an awesome experience. Everyone was very helpful and straightforward throughout the whole process. We will definitely be back to do business with them again whenever our son graduates and we get him something.

I literally do not know why these guys don’t have a solid 5 star rating across the board.
I just purchased my second vehicle from them and both experiences have been consistent. I have to say that’s what I like second best; consistency. First being honesty.
They are incredibly easy to work with and listen to all my questions and concerns. I have to admit- I thought they would gloss over everything I had to say and I even recorded our conversation because I have been burned in the past from other car sales people. But everything was addressed!!! They have cameras and other recording devices in plain view! I love it!! They didn’t force me to go with one of their banks for financing even though I walked in with a pre approval letter from my bank.
I prefer to have no car payment at all but we all know how that goes- I plan to be a generational car purchaser from Pigg as long as they keep up their honesty and consistency and the squill of a deal!

Went to Pigg and test drove 4 vehicles. Everyone was nice, professional, and personable. Mr. Logan let me look and did not hover, which was fantastic. We also talked with Mr. TJ who was very pleasant and jovial.
I’m not leaving a review due to a purchase, but because of the staff.
While test driving the last vehicle my phone fell out of my pocket. I realized that it was still there after I had returned home. I drove back to Pigg and located the phone in the passenger seat of the vehicle, but it was AFTER HOURS and everyone had left. I called Mr. Cam (had his card because I got the wrong one while in the office) and he turned around and called the Sales Manager, Mr. Josh, who came back to the lot AFTER HOURS ON A SATURDAY EVENING and opened the vehicle for me.
While I did not purchase a vehicle from Pigg, today, this experience has made them my 1st choice automobile dealer. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a good used vehicle.

I have bought 3 cars now from Pigg and sold 4. I love the ease of working with them. No pressure. Consistent staff. I check their always up to date site and find what I want there. Call or text to confirm availability. Send over mileage and VIN on what I'm selling or trading and they give me back a price. This is how buying and selling a car should be. Fair pricing. Fair trade-in values. Quality cars with a 3-month warranty from the dealer standing behind what they sell. It seriously doesn't get any better than this.

Someone from this dealership who introduced himself to me as a sales manager named Josh misrepresented a truck. When caught, their lie was blamed on “A I.” Throughout my >55 years of buying vehicles for my family and myself (>22 years active duty service in the United States Air Force), I’ve never before encountered such shameless dishonesty and disrespect. I make it a point to avoid posting negative reviews; nevertheless Pigg Enterprises in Prattville, AL have more than earned this one.
