I have been an excellent tenant for over a year, now I'm pleading to have a tree removed from my walkway. I've been put of and lied to since the last storm. I can't push my grocery cart nor my rollator down walkway. Truly disgusted and surprised because it couldn't cost That much to clear a walkway. I realize it's all about the money, but how many days would YOU like stepping over a tree to leave your home?

My property manager wen contacted the tone of her texts seems condescending and rude I do my best to make the tone of my texts appear to be very respectful we have lived here for a little over a year and we pay on time every month and the initial refrigerator was very old and moldy we had to deal with it for over a week after moving in and then we got one that was an eye sore and the replacement was even worse and were told thats was wat we were to get so I don’t like Ms Watsons attitude she is rude and has put a bad taste in my mouth and the agency.
