    I'm brand new to cardio kickboxing and almost 50! LOVE the cardio kickboxing class! So much fun, experienced or not! I liked it so much, I surprised my teenage son, who hates everything, and brought him to the MMA class, and he loves it, too. Totally recommend . . . awesome group of people, coaches and students alike!!

    Fantastic! I feel so blessed to have a place for my daughter! She’s a teenager with autism and I just really love that they didn’t turn her away or make her feel weird or anything! Im so impressed!!

    This place has truly changed my life for the better? if you’re not sure, just come try one of the classes anyways and see if it can do for you what it has for me.
