Rick's Jewelers staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The service is great and very helpful, and the staff is wonderful and nice. Customer feel valued and welcome, and all questions are answered. Purchases are emerald earrings, rose gold chain, ring resized, pendant loop rebuilt, stone replaced, and watches repair. Order is placed and picked up within 2 weeks, and prices are very far and at a great price. Store is for 20 years, with a customer service that is always positive and extremely nice. Highly recommend Rick's Jewelers for future purchases.

I truly appreciate the quality of work that was done to restore my 3 rings! They went above and beyond considering the condition they were in when I brought them in. Love them. But hated that I was waiting out front on a Monday, unaware they were closed on Mondays bc their door says other wise.
