I walked in and was greeted by two female associates with the typical "Welcome to Sally's" and I acknowledged their greeting. As I was making my way to what I was there to purchase, one of the associates proceeded to say. "We're fine! Can we help you find something". With an attitude. I paused for a few seconds because I thought I heard her being facetious. I told her no and went down the aisle. Once I found what I wanted, the other sales associate was helping someone else but said she was going to check me out then return to assist her. Once she came to the register, she proceeded to get onto the Walmart App to further help the customer she was with. I finally had to ask her if there was someone else who can check me out. She said that the person who could was in the restroom (I guess it was the rude lady from earlier). She proceeded to check me out as if it was an inconvenience to her. I prefer the Montgomery Sally's over this location.

Stop letting the stupid corporations mess with the manic panic that I've used since I was 10 years old ... I'm 29 now And this new formula did nothing for my hair just made it darker somehow, The Sally's worker even said my hair could take it just fine since I got a haircut which got the black dye out but now my hairs back to black??? Huh? Refund please ?

They don't offer bags, you have to pay 15 cents for them.

Rudest employee I've ever met! She was late opening the store, then sat on her phone and refused to help any customers in the store. When I asked if Sally's carried L'Oreal, she told me "I wouldn't know. You can look for it on the shelves." I would love for the owner to come shopping in this store undercover and see how horribly it is being run... I will never set foot back in there again and I advise other shoppers to look elsewhere.

I too did not know I had to pay for tiny lunch bag. Most of the products I purchased didn't have price tags and several people had to wait for the employee to look up the cost. Then I got home to be upset that one of the products will have to be return because someone had taken the brush in the kit.

Will never ever in life shop with Sally’s. Then you spend money with them they still want to charge you for a bag.

The young lady working in the store today was the rudest employee I have ever met. I will never go back to that store again. The employee was late opening the store today, then she sat on her phone and refused to help anyone in the store. When I asked if this store carries L'Oreal hair color, she told me "I wouldn't know. Look for it on the shelves." Then she went back to texting on her phone! I was so surprised at her attitude. I will be writing the owner to let them know that this type of treatment is unacceptable.

The ladies that work in this location were a huge help! They all made sure I had everything I needed, and even wrote down extra notes for me. My hair turned out great and I am forever grateful ?

As I was walking in the store, putting a mask on, I was accosted by two employees yelling at me to put on a mask. It was extremely unprofessional and it honestly made me not want to shop here. I get the whole mask thing, but no one wants to be shouted at as soon as they walk in. And then the cashier blatantly told me they ran out of bags, so I'd have to pay if I wanted one. I don't mind paying for a bag in places, but it was the tone and the sheer rudeness of all the employees was astounding, especially when I've always had really great service here.

I had the great pleasure of being helped by Shamir. She went above and beyond in helping me get the products I needed. She was very intelligent with knowing what all I needed. I am so glad she was working when I came in because I was lost with what exactly I needed and how much of the products I needed. I will definitely return to this store just because of her.

On 5/18/2020 10:30 am wife went to get color for her hair. She is a licensed cosmetologist and owned her own salon. She actually worked for Sally’s back in the 90’s. The store was locked with all the lights on and there were several people out front and mad as the store was closed and no one would answer the phone. No sign as to what the problem was. This is no way to run a business. Normally they do a good job .

My granddaughters hair had a bad dye job. Brown and orange. Tomorrow's first day of school. The staff was great! She figured out what I needed to do to bring her hair back to it's natural color, rounded up all the stuff I needed and it was relatively in-expensive. Got home, dyed it and it looks fabulous!! She is so tickled. Just wanted to say thank you. I'll be back.

This place is ok. I would rather spend my money in a different store. Also they don't do Military Discounts anymore!!! Like why aren't they respecting people who serve our country with a little discount?
