Linked my card WITHOUT CONSENT to a friends account and I’ve been charged their VERY EXPENSIVE phone bill and they won’t take my card off the account as I’m not on it. Still no refund and my card is still being charged. 300$+ every month. Do better

Went in to get my kid a new phone & I had the pleasure of working with Terrell. Very friendly, professional & pleasant to communicate with. I am very impressed that he and Tj was knowledgeable of the phone I wanted verses the phone that I thought I wanted because I thought I was getting a better deal with what I picked. As I stated earlier, he/they, was very knowledgeable. I walked out pleased and satisfied. Also the whole process took under 2 hours. I will return, eventually to upgrade my phone & I will definitely ask for Terrell. I visited the location in Prattville

They made me so mad when they will not pro rate your bill it doesn't matter if you only use their services for one day before you disconnect you will pay the full amount. I will not ever use Spectrum again!

Came in to the store without a reservation to transfer a line and was met by Timothy Jackson. First and foremost, Timothy greeted us like we knew each other. He listened to what we wanted to do and invited us back to his computer to see if he could help. He spent 20 minutes searching for ways he could do what we wanted, but was unable to complete the transaction in the store. Timothy was very apologetic since he couldn't help us and gave us very detailed instructions to use when we called in to the Spectrum Customer Service Line....(that's a whole other review and, spoiler alert, it's far from five stars).All in all, Timothy created a positive experience in the store even though he wasn't able to assist us. This is the second great store experience I have had this year....I sense a trend.Hopefully Timothy will get some recognition for his outstanding customer service skills.

Outstanding customer service from Timothy Jackson on 7 September 2023 and from Edward on 8 September 2023. As one of the many Spectrum TV customers that have been victimized by Disney pulling ESPN programming at the start of college football season, I went in to the Prattville office of Spectrum yesterday, 7 September, to seek help in finding an acceptable solution. Timothy Jackson displayed great patience and knowledge in helping me increase my internet speed to better handle streaming services to replace the cable and recommendations for which equipment and streaming service would be best suited to my needs. He then adjusted my account and even found me a bundle option I was unaware of to decrease my overall cost. At my request, Timothy left the final ticket open to cancel my Spectrum TV service until I was sure that the streaming service worked as I wanted, then I could turn in the cable boxes and cancel the Spectrum TV, further reducing my cost. When I returned this morning to complete the action, Timothy was already busy with other customers so Edward quickly and efficiently handled the completion of my request. In addition to the good technical quality and solution that now restores my television options, I was especially impressed by the friendly, patient, and personal attention that both Timothy and Edward showed me on both visits. It was obvious from the customer traffic in the store yesterday and today that they are being inundated with service change requests and equipment turn-ins, probably caused by Disney's unwarranted actions. Never-the-less, both of them, as well as all other employees that I saw in the Prattville office, displayed the highest professional standards and courtesy for customer service. I wish Disney would do the same!

They were nice until they seen i was returning my equipment. They didnt like me bring a my equipment in a walmart bag. Kinda strange.

Just got a new phones plan with Spectrum, the service there was awesome, unlike when I got my previous phone with T-Mobile that too almost 4 hours!

Excellent customer service here! As a new customer who had just moved to the area I was frustrated as I had already been to the Montgomery Spectrum store and contacted Spectrum customer service to try and get everything I needed. Eventually I tried this store to get the equipment for my initial order; I wish I had started here. The gentlemen were kind, professional, and efficient. They identified the issue, apologized for the run around, and helped me get what I needed to start service tonight. Timothy was so easy to work with and had us out of there in no time! We will call him next time we have any issues.

Went to the Spectrum Store and was greeted by the entire team.I had dealt with Edward previously, so I wanted to wrap up my purchase with him since he spent time with me earlier. Lee Anna and Jaye still took the time to talk with me about my options and it turned in to a very nice conversation about their experiences with some of the cellular watches they had. I appreciated the fact that they were still willing to make a nice experience with me, even though I was waiting on Edward.Overall, great team at the Prattville store. I have been a spectrum customer for a very long time and have had some questionable experiences in the past, but this one made up for all of them. Thanks Edward, Lee Anna, and Jaye for being nice.

Very friendly staff here. If you don't make an appointment, expect a little bit of a wait. But, we are very pleased with the staff here. Great people to work with.

A total rip off!! I wish I had never went with this mobile network!! Service is sketchy at Best even though they claim to be on the Verizon network!Spent time in the store trying to get my phone working again after no service for over 7 days and purchasing a new one..Was able to have the device on and working for 2 days before it stops receiving or making calls.. and this is a BRAND NEW PHONE!Customer service with Spectrum is awful when dealing with the company over the phone or online.Inside the store is much better but same results..They Charge for mobile service even though you can't make or receive calls since March 30!!!!. Trying to return a device (limited timeframe 14 days) is a obstacle course even when it's their fault!!!!Now I'm waiting 72 hours just to get a shipping label so I can return a device...I'd rather deal with TMobile Verizon or straight talk before I continue to waste money with this company!Not worth the hassle at ALL!!!
