Paid $88,00 to have my important paperwork shipped to my realtor overnight with them(UPS) GARANTEEING it would be delivered by 12 noon.It never made it on Saturday at 12 noon.They delivered it Sunday morning at 10:30 which constitutes I should get my refund back.I tracked the package myself. Now they won't give me a refund/talking about the driver made an attempt to deliver on Saturday but they were closed???? Their hours are Monday thru Sunday so how were they closed when they open 7days a week. No one tried to rectify the situation so I'm just ROBBED of $88.00 no recourse,no emotion,no visa card,no next one free,no nothing.Im 57 yrs.old and I'll NEVER use UPS again and im going to degrade you as much as I can

The customer service provided made it worth the few extra cents it cost to print and bind. Mike at the Prattville store was very polite and helpful. My final product was perfect.

Store closes Saturday at 2:30 but notary services stop apparently before that. Why wouldn’t all your services be available until the store closes or at least put the notary hours of operation up.

This store and its employees have started trying to up charge for everything. They now try to force you to buy their packaging for free Amazon returns. They also try to up sale you from ground shipping in the US and Canada even though their on stores website says ground shipping is available.
Do not use them and take your packages somewhere else

The staff are great...they are only rude if one has been and continues to be rude to them but even then they try to de-escalate the situation and have a supervisor intercede.
When I have needed actual assistance they are quite competent and timely in meeting my shipping needs.
This is my GO TO place for shipping, returns, faxing, printing, etc.!
