a couple days after New years I needed to mail a package, it was busy. They did a fine job getting customers in and out . I recommend this store.

Most employees are great but there is on gentleman there that has no customers service skills . Do not know his name but he is the Africa American gentleman. No greeting or eye contact. If he is the only one there I leave a. Come back when the other nice clerks are there. He just takes the package and hand you your slip. Nothing else the first few times I thought he might be mentally challenged but I have on other visits seen him engaged in conversation with his colleagues and actually laughing and smiling with them.

I wanted to give kudos to a young lady working in the store tonight. I stopped by with an Amazon return on my way home from work. The line was long and wrapped around the small store. There was a young lady working the middle terminal. She was shorter with curly hair and glasses. Unfortunately she did not help me, so I was unable to get her name. I was impressed that she spoke to people coming in and let us know they would be with us as soon as they could. I felt she needed recognition, because I have visited here before and those working barely spoke to you or acknowledge you even when you’d get in front of them to do your transaction. It’s the Christmas season and people are often short on patience and rude. I appreciated that that young woman acknowledged customers and made sure they knew she saw them. I very much appreciated it. Especially since I’ve had such horrible service there previously. Hopefully her bosses take notice as well.

Customer service is non existent. I ve walked in 4x to try and get a document notarized and every time I go in, their notary services "stops" 30 mins before I get there. Don't waste your time here

I have been here twice, and each time I've brought in a bunch of items to return to Amazon. Each time the folks here were kind, patient and explained what I needed to do and what was needed to make sure things got shipped back properly.I appreciate everyone here so very much, and I'm really grateful for all the help they've been giving me. I've been visiting this store over 8+ years. The customer service here now is just horrible. They don't greet you or smile, it's just "NEXT" . They have personal conversations in between customers when the line is extremely long. Sometimes they are hesitate about taking the next customer if only 3 customersis in the store & two or three reps are present. What ever happened to customer service! It is the only UPS store close by in the Prattville/Millbrook so that is one of the reasons I still come here, but for now on I'll do my best to deal with other stores preferably in Montgomery when I'm in the area.

I’m a frequent flyer here and the staff is always very welcoming and helpful with my shipping needs. Many of the frustrations that I have observed by others are a result of Amazon’s ever changing return policies. I’m very thankful for the team of professionals that work at Prattville’s UPS Store!

Ive been to this location several times over the last few years and the staff is always very helpful and kind, even when i have something really heavy to ship. ive had returns with prepaid amazon labels that were super quick to get handled. No matter what the staff is always helpful and smiling. I happily recommend that location to friends and family

I love our Prattville UPS Store. I am always greeted with a smile & a hello everytime I walk in. If they are busy, they are quick to apologize to those waiting & let them know that they will be with them as soon as possible. They take the time to make sure that each customer's needs are taken care of while moving at a steady pace. The communication is great. I email things over to them quite often to be printed out. They are fast about emailing me back to let me know when it's ready & they are able to grab it & get it right over to me as soon as I get there. My order is always correct. There is not a turn-over in staff, which says alot these days, always the same friendly faces! I would definitely recommend this store for all of your needs!

We tried to return an Amazon order for barn door rails, the box was destroyed in the process of coming to us. The young girl at the counter said it would cost $100 to build a box, and after hassling with Amazon, and getting a new label, she then told us it would be almost $230. For a box. She was rude in the meantime as well, making snotty comments about how we could just sell it on Facebook market place. I'm completely flabbergasted and beyond frustrated.

So I have been using this store for a little over a year now. Have never had any issues. The staff which includes Sarah, Sam, Jonathan, Mikey, and Kim the manager have always been friendly and welcoming when me and my daughter Lexi come in. Yes there are times where the place is busy. It’s a business, that happens. You can help by doing your part and have your stuff ready and together. But never have I walked in without being greeted. And every time someone else walks in they too are spoken to. Some of these reviews are laughable. Majority of the time when there are issues, it’s the customers fault but we now live in a society where the customer can do no wrong. Simply put some customers are A-holes and cry like babies when they don’t get their way. The employees are just doing their jobs and handling things the best they can when they have to deal with the rudeness of people. We ship UPS all the time and visit the store 4-6 times a week. I would highly recommend this store. I have had interaction with every employee there. Some are straight business and some chit chat. But none have been rude and have always been polite. And if they are busy, have patience, the world doesnt revolve around you. They will get to you as soon as they can.
