I have shopped at Walgreens for years.. but it seems they have really made things more available and many many choices! I love to walk down each isle..even if I came for one item! Haha! And Walgreens brands are cheaper than similar brands! I really like going there!

I would rate my experience with the pharmacy as very disappointing. Unfortunately, I encountered some challenges with the staff, as I found them to be less helpful and responsive than I had hoped. As a long-time Walgreens customer for over 10 years, this was not what I expected. I believe there is room for improvement in customer service. Due to this experience, I am considering transferring my family's medications to a different pharmacy.

By far the worse customer service experience ever. The lady at the drive through had no expression whatsoever as if she hates her job and the customers. They provided no resolutions.

This pharmacy is the worst!! They are constantly running out of drugs that I need to stay alive!! Rude employees and pharmacist in charge is not very customer friendly. Today they lost a prescription that I need to stay alive.

Pharmacy and the workers in the pharmacy are the worst!
Holley back in the pharmacy is the most incompetent, condescending, laziest worker I have ever dealt with!

Arrived 1 hour before they are yo close, told me they had all 3 medications in stock and only a 30 minute wait. Staff was nice and courteous, much much better than Clanton staff today.

The first time I tried, they didn't want to vaccinate my children against COVID. The other staff at the same store was much more attentive. It saved me from giving just one star.

Extremely rude pharmacist, sad to see she’s still working at this location. She’s the reason I had transferred my medication elsewhere. GM needs to have a lesson on customer service for this Pharmacy and their staff.
