We popped into this Walgreens only to get a shot for my wife. I was impressed by how clean the space is, both the floor and the POS. The line was long for the pharmacy, which the staff says is typical, but we didn't get the notion that it was a speed issue so much as a quantity of people issue. I ended up finding a couple great deals on sale items marked down for Christmas. This was a positive experience for a passer by.

Worst customer service EVER!!!!! Literally waited two hours for a prescription that i have filled for years at walgreens and after driving back to the store was told it didnt specify tablet or capsule?????? Same dosage and prescription as usual. No one bothered to even pick up phone and call me or doctor to verify. Local pharmacies are a must! Bye walgreens!!!! Do the community a favor and just go out of business!!!!!

Average Walgreens. Handicapped parking area is always difficult to manuever due to the trash cans and other obstacles placed strategically in front of the handicapped parking spaces making it difficult to access the sidewalk safely in a wheelchair. Often have to enter the parking lot traffic area in order to get to the front door making it a dangerous trek. The store has been advised of this liability numerous times yet chooses to continue to allow the hazard to remain. In a high traffic area, the stores parking lot can be a bit tricky to access as well. The pharmacy was able to fill my prescription quickly and the store and parking area were both clean except for the clutter hindering the handicapped parking spaces.

Only giving one star bc I can’t comment unless I put at least one! The drive through is insane! Why in the world does it take over 30 minutes in a drive through that you CAN’T get out of?!?! Go inside, same thing standing in line only to be ignored! The pharmacy workers are not friendly either. Ridiculous! Switching my prescriptions to CVS. Problem solved! sad bc I’ve always used Walgreens until I moved here.

Plain and simple: the staff is rude. Not one instance, but several over a period of about a year. My husband and I are taking our prescriptions and the money that pays for them elsewhere.

Slow and poor customer service1 star only because it would not allow me to choose 0 stars. This pharmacy has been the slowest and most understaffed in the area for years

TRICARE now allows CVS, so I'm leaving. Wish I knew sooner, as I would have left immediately. This location has gotten worse, and worse, and worse. Here is a rough summary of a long time getting poor service. Some simple changes could go a LONG way towards earning back stars, but its been years and no change. Here is a run down of some specific events, plus some general ones:*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*Fall 2018 - had multiple things called in from IVF clinic. Tech rejected the scripts and didn't contact the clinic. Clinic doc said they had never in their entire career had a script rejected with no explanation or follow upFall 2018 - same timeframe (IVF things), finally get scripts submitted. one of the scripts wasn't in stock (we were counting on this. IVF timing is CRITICAL). they said it would be on the truck the next day. Had to call to verify, turns out it was not. Pharmacy manager promised me it would be on the truck 2 days later (Thursday, I believe). It was not. Again, I had to call. talked to the store manager, they finally fixed the error, and the script did arrive the following week. Apparently the guy who rejected the script was a contractor brought on for surge support.***Over the years: have gotten in drive through line with plenty of time prior to close no less than 5 times, to have them shut the window in our face prior to serving us (4-6 cars in front of us, max, at start).Summer 2022 - was given somebody else's prescription at drive through window, didn't realize it until I got home. I contacted the person and we did an in-person handoff (it had charged their card on file)August 2022 - was told my wife's prescription would be ready for pickup before close. My wife got in the car line with 40 minutes to spare. As it got closer to close, I called to tell them she was in line and needed it that night. They said they would take care of her. They then closed the door in her face.September 2022 - my wife was trying to get a script filled for a staph infection (pretty important to start that ASAP?), and they were super rude to her, and she barely got the meds before they closed in her face (she went inside this time, and stood there)There are more, I've just don’t remember the specific circumstancesIf they just put a cone in front of the drive through as closing approached (15-20 minutes before) and served every car in front of the cone. . . I think a lot of folks frustrations would be helped. Maybe a rope line setup or something inside, same thing. Once the system is in place, folks will know, and act accordingly*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~Why did we keep getting into the line? probably should have learned our lesson. Sometimes service is fast, sometimes its egregiously slow. Also, for much of it COVID lockdowns made the drive up the logical choice

Horrible store. I’ve had to use Walgreens since CVS is no longer part of BCBS. It takes forever whether you go through the drive through or inside. It really is ridiculous. They need to hire more people.

The absolute slowest pharmacy ever. You’ll sit in the drive thru with no way to get out aside from backing up and that solely depends if you don’t have another car behind you. I scheduled a vaccine appointment and had to wait over an hour to receive it. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment then?! This is definitely a pharmacy to avoid.

The Pharmacy workers are worthless and so is the night manager. I sat in the pharmacy drive thru for an hour and 20 mins waiting to pick up my husband's thyroid meds. As I finally pull up to the window they close it down. I bang on the window but am ignored. There was a car behind me waiting also. I call and talk to an associate and he tells me to come in and talk to a manager. I go in to talk to a manager and explain my situation and how my husband can't miss a dose and he keeps fumbling to give me an answer and keeps messing with a trash bag then finally tells me that if the pharmacy closes there isn't much else. The staff at this location keeps getting worse and worse.

Don’t use this pharmacy if you can help it. They do not notify if there is a problem filling a script and the wait times in the store and in the drive thru are quite lengthy. I don’t really understand how the drive thru gets so backed up… seems like a potential fire hazard with no way to get out of line.

Worst service and care ever. When to pickup some medicine and they told me that my regularly $28 medicine was next to $300 now. I explain to the lady that that was wrong and ask them to call and find out why it jumped 300% and she said we don't do that anymore. Huh? I guess their new motto is Money over care - were a business and we want our money. They won't help any customers. Basically we don't care it's business. I decide right then and there I'm done with that Pharmacy, I don't want people that just want to run a business that's the problem with medicine it's not business it's personal and it's caring and they don't have either one of them.
