I want to thank Danny at Prichard/ Eightmile store.He was so helpful and very knowledgeable as well. I couldn't have ask for better service. He found my issue and fixed me right up.I will be coming back when I need help , I was impressed with their service.

They are horrible. I was sold broke part but I can’t fault them for that but then they sold me the wrong part after I asked multiple times before I paid for it, is this the right one and they insisted on it was even when I knew it wasn’t. That was the fourth time in less than a day dealing with them.

Purchased a transmission in summer 2020 at autozone on st Stephens rd in mobile, al the transmission is still covered under warranty. I was notified by the company that my warranty is invalid due to my truck being modified outside of OEM specifications. I did not receive a copy of the terms and conditions when purchasing the transmission from autozone as well I did not sign any documents stating I understood them. In addition, the transmission only has 1300 miles as of today. When pulling up my vehicle OEM specifications online does not indicate that there are only 18 inch tires on the vehicle. I received additional guidance from a local tire shop and mechanic shop who indicated my 20 inch tires did not affect the mechanics of the of the transmission. The Transmissions third gear is not operating properly. Which is due to being defective. In addition my old transmission was turned in as a core. There was nothing wrong with my original transmission. The warranty department notified me to contact autozone for a resolution due to the not providing me with accurately information during purchase nor providing me with the agreement. The store is usually friendly and whenever I call, someone answers the phone swiftly (especially compared to some of the other AutoZone stores).

The grey shirt psm (parts sales manager) knew little about vehicles and was very rude need to give a class on basic parts and customer service skills specifically the ones that are in charge at the time "grey shirt"

Customer service is trash and this older manager is not very knowledgeable in my opinion, the old manager named Ms Ann knew her stuff better then these men that claim to have the knowledge

This was the best experience I've ever had at an auto parts store. The manager personally helped us identify the problem, get the right parts AND worked with us to install them. It was great.

Wow the manager of this store is amazing. Her personally came out to our car and helped us figure out the problem, got the parts, AND helped us install them! I can't speak highly enough. The weather was super rainy but that didn't stop him. He didn't leave us guessing at all, and he even fetched the new parts we needed from the store himself.

Located in Chickasaw Alabama on Craft Hwy. The store is usually busy because they don't have enough help on the counter to answer the phones and wait on the customers in the store. The customer service is Ok. You just have to be patient
