“The staff were great. Large stock, so good bet they have the battery you need.Check them first. I have had problems with a different battery store getting fresh batteries. The battery that I required was fresh and less than a month old.”
“So I’m pretty naive about batteries, anything car related actually. My dealership wanted to charge me almost 500$ for the new battery they wanted to upgrade me to as well as replace the tray and connectors. It seemed a little silly to pay that much for a battery when my car was running fine with what it had for 4 years. I called around and got some quotes, I never knew there were so many battery options out there. I’m really thankful for the manager, Eric, at battery source. I called back twice to ask more questions. He took his time answering all of my tedious questions as well as assuring me that even if I didn’t come there he wanted me to ensure that I made an informed decision regardless of where I went. “The guy that helped me was really helpful and courteous. Until I had to take back a can of paint that wasn't the right paint code but in his defense I got a different guy that had to take the paint back but after he took it back he went through the motions of ordering the right paint for me. The reason I said that is because I called the next day and the guy that answered said that that paint was unavailable and no other stores carried it. Thank God for the paint store that I called after I got a hold of O'Reilly. Seems like they are consistent with the people they hire though. The Mansfield Ohio stores have the same kind of people working there and I don't think I am going back anytime soon for anything other than free all!!! That's just because free all is the best thing I ever had to get a bolt that was rusted and rounded off and it only took a hour with the spray to remove the nut after using it”

“I was a over the road truck driver for 7 years and was recently hired for local work at O'Reilly Auto Parts as a delivery driver and I love it. The otr drivers are usually in and out pretty fast. It's easy to find and the docks are wide so backing in is easy. There is plenty of room to turn around and set up. There are a lot of parking spots to back into if you have to wait for a door and you can park overnight if needed. If you do need to park overnight please be respectful and make sure it's OK by going into the drivers entrance and ask for permission. They usually have no issues with it if your delivering and please leave it clean.”
