I'm local to this station known as Bob's. He is Indi, so if the store is closed in the afternoon during business hours it's usually because the owner has taken a few minutes to do his daily prayer. And he never made false insurance reports to collect from the fire .

Owner regularly just locks up and leaves during normal business hours... So you never know if they will be open or not. After I found it closed in the middle of the day 4-5 times, I quit going thereI just shop across the street.. CC's #2 Tobacco and Liquer Store.
