The pharmacist change everyday & are fresh out of school, not knowledgeable at all & make sure you get eye drops & not ear drops in your prescription bag that they hand to you

I was at the cvs store in RBC, not utilizing the pharmacy. I was just picking up some things for my daughter and grandson before they headed back home in the AM to their home in another state. So I spent more than most I guess from the cashier dudes dramatic reaction and scene he made. He huffed and puffed. He said "I guess you don't want to come back here after spending this much" he made other snide remarks while other customers and he laughed and mocked my bountiful cart. I acted like I wasn't bothered at all. But it was not easy. Then he eye spied with his lil loss prevention like eye some item in the cart I hadn't put on the shelf. So not only did I spend a lot of money but I guess I'm also stealing. He didn't says thanks or nothing. But I was proud of myself. I took the high road. I realized he's obviously bursting like a tick at a blood bank with nothing other than plain old jealousy how awful is that. Well look here Cvs I'll take my cash coupons etc elsewhere. I won't be back bc I was even if I didn't show it embarrassed and thSt was your dudes intent. Well his intent was to humiliate me. Omg you just made bank and you are letting some creepy young man make a fool of the customer! Good job bravo. I won't ever be back.

I've always traded with the CVS stores and don't have a problem with the store itself. However, the pharmacy is another story. Why is it so hard for some people to be nice? This particular store has some very rude at times and unfriendly staff. You need to work on that!! It's just as easy to be nice to your customers as it is to be rude. Please don't patronize your customers.

Very convenient place to get meds for my daughter since her pediatrician is just around the corner. Very clean place with a great selection.

I guess I really haven;t paid very close attention when I have gone into CVS stores previously. First thing to know is they are a membership store, it's not required, and it's free. The benefit is that you earn rewards for shopping there as well as discounts that can be applied to purchases. Also, additional discounts can be had if you are a member. That being said, they really have a little bit of everything. they have all sorts of things ranging from seasonal items to healthcare and beauty. Staff at this location was friendly and got me processed quickly (picking up a prescription). Very easy to work with overall. If you don't want to go in they have a drive through for your convenience. On this particular day they had a pretty good line, which is why I ended up going inside. I don't go out of my way to shop here typically because, even with the rewards membership they tend to be a little more expensive then places like Walmart and Target. But, what you get here is convenience, much easier in and out then stopping at one of those other places. Solid option if you are looking for quick and convenient.

This CVS isn't much different from other locations. It has what you would expect and often runs good sales in waters and otc meds and such. What set this location apart for me in the past was the hours. Open until midnight most nights. I work in healthcare so not only do I shop here but I would have to have Rx sent here for patients when they need something late at night. However I noticed tonight that the hours have changed. They are open until 10:00pm at the latest, earlier on Sat and Sun (6:00) While I was sitting in my car someone else pulled up and got out and was looking at the hours just as puzzled as I was. Have had issues with photo center in the past such as getting orders done on time. Quality is good though. The last time I looked at the CVS app it said photo center was not available so I had to use Walgreens across the street. Not sure if it was just "down" at that moment or closed for good. I use the app a lot and extra care bucks wisely to make purchases and get good prices. I got a card in the mail last year that said I was the number one shopper with xxxx extra care points if that tells you how much I shop here. (And that might have been something they put on a lot of mailers, but at any rate I had a lot of points lol) Another negative is I am constantly getting automated calls saying "your Rx for ___ is out of refills. Do you want us to call your doctor?" Well that might be a Rx I no longer take. Yet I get calls over and over and there is no option to say "No and don't ask again." I asked an employee who informed me, you can't get that to stop unless you stop phone calls altogether. Aside from that, the Pharmacy can be extremely busy but they always work hard to get meds filled. Sometimes the person ringing you up is not very friendly though. I give the pharmacy 4 stars and the store 3 for total of 3.5 stars. I tipped the scale to 3 because of the hours changing.
