Everyone knows Dollar Tree is the belly button of stores. It’s hot, stinky and no one likes to dig around in there, but we all have to go in once in a while out of necessity when we have no other option. This location has always been subpar, even by DT standards, but is just getting worse lately.
Their hours are supposed to be until 9, but they lock the door about 8:30. If you want to close at 8:30, that’s fine, but don’t advertise you’re open until 9 if you don’t stay open until 9.

One of the best selection of products I’ve seen in a dollar tree. I went in to see what they had and was really surprised by their craft section. They had such a great selection of crafts that you could do. Watercolor, acrylic paint, wooden cutouts, canvases, and other items. Such a good selection. The store could use some cleaning up it was a little cluttered but overall great selection

Dollar Tree had in lots of items I could use in making my Valentines Day wall or door hangings. Today I was shopping for some pretty gift bags that could be used for now and also at Easter. I had plenty to choose from and could have stayed another half day!

This DT location is typical of all locations, disarrayed merchandise everywhere. I stopped by on Christmas Eve to purchase 5 gift cards. I went to the checkout with the 5 cards, and two candy bars. The candy was scanned and placed in a bag, then the manager was called to validate the cards. The cards and candy were placed in a bag and handed to me. My mistake I realize now, was not checking in the bag before I left to see that all items were in there. When I got home I took out the cards and realized there was only 4 and not 5. I checked the serial numbers with the receipt and realized that the last card validated was not in the bag. I thought it might have missed going in to the bag, and attempted to call but no one would answer the phone, and they would be closed before I could make it back. Went back day after Christmas and asked if a GC had been found at the register. The staff immediately became defensive. The manager was called over and became defensive also when I questioned him if a card had been found. No resolution was offered, or given, only “once we ring them up it’s not our problem”. Very disappointed in the treatment, and because of this I will not visit this location again, and will steer all I know to stay away from the RBC Dollar Tree.

The cashier Freda that woman needs retrain on customer service, very rude didn’t wanna bag my glass wear through her hands up like put them in my buggy I told her turn her counter off bc it was gonna make them fall and break. Huffing and puffing

This is the best Dollar Tree I have ever visited! So much stuff that other DT's don't have. Was surprised to see some items $5 or more though. $1.25 each is still a great price for the items I bought. Love the craft aisle!
