FedEx sent me a picture of a box of lug nuts and said that they have delivered them but they are still out for delivery are they sending stock photos instead of actually talking pictures something sketchy is going on.

After 2 days of calls and directions, because they kept trying to deliver the package to my neighbor and being told they would redeliver I showed up to pick it up during the time they should have been bringing it back. It was at the office, took seconds for the lady to find which means they had no intention of doing so. I feel like I was not only lied to and FedEx is the only shipping company that has trouble finding my house, but that they decide when a package is important to deliver. Then to top it off on the way home I got a notification that they “delivered” my phone. Lies!!!!!!!

How do you people send a text saying a packaged will be delivered between 9:40am and 11:40am and then not honor that time. Then when offering to pick up the package be given the run around as to why we can’t speak to management? This ain’t the company at all!

How about you fix your email to where it says 6:30 is when we can pick stuff up instead of 2 because some of us live 2 hours away and that’s the store that got chosen for us.
It would’ve been super great to have the correct info instead. Now we gotta go back home 2 hours away and come back another day.

I have called the fedex customer service number 8 different times today trying to find out why our packages from ATT were being returned… each time I call it says “your call cannot be completed as dialed” they were supposed to be delivered yesterday. A note on the website with tracking number says a delivery attempt was made. I have not seen a fedex truck or had a knock on the door. So, another reason I cannot stand fedex when anything is being shipped to me. Never accurate.

Little hard to find but very friendly and will help you with a great attitude to send your packages. And as far as all the interesting reviews on their deliveries I personally get packages once or twice a month and they always arrive when scheduled undamaged.
