tried to place an online order for 45 minutes, their website crashed over and over again. Finally called to place an order over the phone simply to hear that they know about the online order problems but nevertheless they are not willing to take the order over the phone using any discounts. So the choice it to order for full price - although the mistake is on their side - or just leave it. Bad customer service at it's best.

Do not order just call papa John's or go to lil Caesars. They have long annoying prompts and wait times on the phone.

Ordered the Philly Cheese Steak Melt and had it delivered. Couldn't see any steak so I opened the melt and fould 1 tiny sliver of steak. Melt was nothing but green peppers and sauce

My family & I ordered delivery and it was hands down the best delivery experience we’ve ever had!! The food was very hot & came quickly! The young girl who delivered went out of her way to be sweet & polite! She was the best! I wish I could remember her name but it was very unique. Thank you for taking care of our family tonight ❤️❤️

The location in Rainbow City gave us the best pizza delivery experience we've had in a very long time!!! The food was hot (not just kinda warm) and delicious, and the delivery driver was so very friendly and polite!!!
