“The people are so nice and helpful. They give you a grace period for when the rent is due, of course. However, they also are a little bit lenient within one or two days of that. They are very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this wonderful place and great people. Lastly, their fees are extremely reasonable. They understand that not everyone's payday falls on one's rent due date. They'll work with you on any reasonable request. My unit was mostly clean when I rented it, and that's unheard of at other storage facilities.”

“I live in a different city and I was helping family with some things in storage. There were a lot of units and different sizes were available. It appeared that upkeep was maintained. I felt safe.
Customer service is the biggest reason for my high rating. Not only was someone on-site, he was very helpful and nice. If I lived in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to keep things stored there.”
