My grandson 3 mos old ,needed a prescription filled, I had not used Walgreens, new to the area. The person at the window, first checked to see if they had the meds, then ask if I wanted to pick it up later. I explained I had him in the car with me. She immediately went into action, had the pharmacist fill the meds, set up a profile with my daughter’s insurance , I may have waited 15 minutes for all this to complete. Very thankful for the young lady at the window on this day. 2/5/2024

I did a curbside pickup, when I got to the store I checked in on the email I got, I was given two options to pickup in the drive thru window or in the store. I chose the drive thru window. I had a very sweet younglad helping me at first then I had a very rude young lady with a very bad attitude come at me. I did call and speak with the pharmacy manager, she had a very bad and condescending attitude, which is normally where your staff gets theirs from. Now at this point no one is trying to fix the issue. They just keep telling to do the steps I have already done. The pharmacy manager even ask me who I needed to talk too. Really, she should have just said I am transferring you to the store manager to help you. I have called corporate and I am waiting on a call back from them. I will not use this store again. I have never been talked to like that. I was told that they did not have time to wait on me because I did not come in to the store. I am a customer just like the others are no matter if I do curbside or if I come into the store or I am getting a prescription filled I am a customer spending money in your store.

DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTION HERE!!!!!! I will NEVER step foot in Walgreens Rainbow City ever again!!!! Waited 3 days just to receive a partial refill for 5 days worth the medication. I can't just stop taking this particular medication because your store can't order something like they are supposed to. Remainder of prescription was supposed to be filled Friday and here it is Sunday and still my medicine is not in stock. The excuse has been we only have one person filling prescriptions. WHY IS THAT MY PROBLEM??? This is beyond ridiculous!!!!! I'm so sick of the nasty attitudes you people have every single time I call to see if my medicine is ready. If you hate your job that much then quit!!!!!!

I have gone to Winn-Dixie pharmacy for years and never once was anyone rude to me. Recently they closed the pharmacy and all prescription were automatically sent to Walgreens. I now have picked up 3 months in a row and every time they are short and snippy for no reason. I am so sick of dealing with bad attitudes. Shame on every person who has been rude for no reason! I gave it a chance and now I'm going to find another pharmacy.

If I could give zero stars I would. I turned in my prescription at 10:30 AM. They said they would call when it was ready 2 1/2 hours later I called them to check the status and whoever that rude person was that answered repeated to we they would will call when it’s ready. I told her I do realize you said that ma’am, I was just checking the status because I just had surgery and I’m hurting and again she says we will call when it’s ready so I hung up on her because I was getting pissed! Not only are they slow and rude but that store is the worst store to get out of the because of the way they have the exits.

Walgreens (Rainbow City) has got to have the rudest staff I have ever delt with. If you hate your job so bad then quit, pretty simple. No one makes you work there.

Staff in pharmacy is the worst. Rude and trashy. Moved all prescription s to CVS. Manager just shakes head and says I understand!!!!!!!??

Complete garbage, will give you the wrong medicine, better check & make sure your eye drops are not ear drops, definitely have so many drug store options definitely would 100% use another pharmacy

I've had overall, excellent service from the Walgreens Rainbow City location. Zac has, on a number of occasions, provided extra service to my wife and me. BUT remember, they are human and can make mistakes, like me.

We were out of town and needed to get our son’s medicine filled, and they refused to fill it saying “ they weren’t taking new patients “ it was a medication that could not be missed. Filing a formal complaint. Pitiful service / assistance

Courtney, the pharmacist that thinks she's a doctor, moved my transplant meds to Walgreens from UAB specialty pharmacy without my premission or request form. Just because her words " if we can't fill them all we wont fill the one. Been getting filled there for years. She also told me i could change them back myself. Went above her head to make sure SHE did her job. I knew it was dangerous but also found out it was illegal.

Too bad there is not a zero stars review. This happened at Walgreens on Rainbow Drive 11-15-2022, the employee’s name is HURLEY!!!I called to check on my mother’s prescription and was told they could not fill it because they did not have it in stock.1-Do you know how long it will be before you get it? NO2-Could you check if the Walgreens in Gadsden has it? NO, you have to call them yourself.2- Do you have their number? NO, you can Google it.3- Can I talk to your supervisor? NO they are busy.4- In a mocking way, she then proceeds to give me instructions on how to do a Google search, this is when I hung up5- I will NEVER set foot in that store again.

This den of liberals play doctor with your medications. If you value your health, your dignity and expect them to do their job, do not go here. Walgreens has lost a customer forever in me. If you are a conservative patriot, boycott this location. If we do not call out this type of behavior and remove our support for it, then it will become the rule. We do not have to give our hard earned money to people that do not do their job. Please do the same for me when you discover this type of issue so I can avoid them.
