I tried to use my $5 off coupon the lady was very rude to me and also the herbal essences had a $3 coupon that was on the shelf but again she was very rude saying she just cancel the whole transaction. I was just trying to use my coupons and left embarrassed and upset.

Some of the rudest women work there. I never again will return to this location. I've been in there several times and every single time the same 2 women are so rude.

The entire staff is rude and hateful. I don't understand how any of them have a job with the way they treat people.
