Ledbetter's Body & Frame Shop is an absolutely gem of a business in Bucyrus. They do excellent and phenomenal work, from body repairs and painting to steering and suspension repair. They are very nice, super friendly, and provide amazing customer service. The work is very detail oriented, with repairs looking factory original. They complete the work in a reasonable time frame and are a breeze to deal with. The shop is highly recommended for any repairs, including insurance repairs. They are professional and caring, even providing a loner car when needed. The service is absolutely worth any wait, with cars returned in better shape, cleaned inside and out.
We were side swiped coming back from Atlanta in the van. Ledbetter’s are very friendly, they explained the game plan and kept us updated on the process. They definitely go above and beyond. They brought the van to us and it was nice and clean inside and out when we got it back. Highly recommend them!!!!
