The most terrible internet company ever. Hughesnet is better then this JUNK

Internet is decent but the whole “to maximize your time and hold your place in line” spill when you’re waiting on them to call you back is a lie. I’ve waited over 3 hours and “held my place in line” 3 times and still no call back. Close in 30 minutes now and 120 something minute wait time.

People are nice and friendly, just don't go between 1:00 pm to 2:20 pm ,long lunchbreak
