make sure you got a man with you so they take your business seriously. single woman living on her own, no tools to measure, unsure of what to get. I got a chuckle and a eye roll to my concerns of what to buy. maybe a bad day who knows. customer service is part of the job. when I worked at a hardware store I never treated somebody like that leaving them feeling like it was their own problem to figure the stores products out. trying to support small businesses but big stores have better training skills than that. The unfavoring customer service drives me to go to another store for the help I need in belmont ms.
