All of ur employees should be fired, especially your carriers. My packages are never delivered on time, it arrives at ur location, which is where is typically will stay for several days!

My carrier has a habit of not delivering mail in a timely manner. Informed delivery treks me when to expect my packages...nope. January I didn't even get my electric bill smdh.
