They have built a lot of transmissions for me. The one I have an issue on they hold the truck and 1.5 weeks claiming they don’t have a rack to check it on. Told me it was not the transmission when it’s clearly still slipping. I would recommend going somewhere else, I’ll never be back. Go somewhere else.

Service was very disappointing they are now keeping your car for years and not fixing them the lady on the phone tells a different story every time you call the business . Service is poor my vehicle still not done after 3 years of telling me to call back this day and that day to get no results

Do not take anything here ! We spent over 2000$ for the transmission to go right back out not even two months later ! Our friend recommended them but his transmission went out … not even being driven but just for a few test drives . You can never get anyone on the phone or if you do no one ever returns your call . Absolutely the worst business we have ever delt with !Service: Transmission

Disappointed,frustrated and without a car. I brought my van in December 2019 for a transmission and picked up vehicle in January and it was good to go. I noticed transmission slipping in February and brought it to then early March. They made good on their 6 month guarantee. Van was ready some time in April (during Covid, understandably) Van came back with transmission fixed but an air hose to pump was broken off. About 6 months later I noticed transmission slipping again and finally it just went out while I was on I-20. I am guessing they used a previously owned transmission. I don't understand how this could happen twice. I would not comfortably recommend.

I brought my VW Routan to them last summer, had it back in a week. Transmission slipped on the way home, called the next day and was told parts were seeding in place. It seemed fine, just a tad bit off for the next few months. After five months, it went out. They were kind enough to honor the warranty even though the ex employee failed to write a date on it. They were great to work with and good Christian men. Saved me a lot of money.Service: Transmission

Do NOT USE THESE Jack,legs I took my truck down there to get a fully rebuilt transmission it’s a 2005 Chevy z71 had it back the same day in 8 hours paid them $2,000 and I had nothing but trouble it’s done went out 4 times since they built it and I only put 5,000 miles on it and it’s been a year and they still have my truck and I can’t drive it they will just take your money they will not do what they say please save ur self from using these peopleService: Transmission
