I wish it was possible to give them 0 stars! The store Mgr. Is the Worst! I bought a brand new Echo weedeater from the Roanoke Alabama store, it worked for about 3 months before it stopped working! I took it back to the store and the small engine guy did everything he could but it still doesn't work! I feel that if I had been one of the store managers buddies or someone who looked like him he would have a new weedeater!

Bought a handheld blower for my daughter and when she opened the box the blower was in there and also worked but was scuffed o the casing pretty bad. Looked like a return had just been taped back up in the box. I return it to the store with cash receipt and store manager proceeds to tell me that’s not the blower that came out of that box and would not honor a return, with receipt, because in his opinion the blower had been changed or switched. There’s a tractor Supply store 2 miles away. Go there and spend your money.

I picked up 100’ of Romex. It was sticker priced at $99.99 but when I got to the register they rang it up at $239.99. The cashier at the other register stated that they “do not honor the sticker pricing and have signs up all over the store”. When I asked for the manager, he pretty much stated the same thing adding that he would not honor the sticker price and that was that!We all have options in life, and getting screwed by a retailer is not an option I accept. This would not be an issue had the product been priced correctly, but as the cashier also stated... “they just don’t have the time to change prices every time something goes up!”, how unbelievably lazy and unprofessional.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and management. The customer service is top notch. I would rather buy local and products made in the USA than the big box stores.
