About TEC
TEC provides fast internet service with quick and professional technicians. Service is often completed in about 15 minutes, with technicians arriving promptly, diagnosing and repairing problems very quickly. The staff is personable, polite, and stays until all issues are resolved. While some experiences with the help line techs can be poor, leading to communication delays, the on-site service is consistently excellent, with same-day truck rolls and an overall fantastic, professional experience.
