Two gentlemen working today. Watched me struggle with my wipers in the rain.
Lucky for me there were some young guys that tried to help me. I was 45 minutes from home in my son’s jeep and could not see to drive. Finally after coming inside drenched , one of the older gentleman said “when rain slacks up he could look” it was by no means pouring….
I worked at auto zone when I was younger at 19 we put on a rain jacket and helped customers as a courtesy. We were prepared on rainy days to have an influx of customers needing wipers. I guess times have changed. Two men to watch a woman changing wipers in the parking lot is pathetic. My husband and son would never. Maybe one day those gentlemens wives will need help , hopefully they come across someone like my husband.

Clean and easy to find the parts i needed. Everything was stocked when I last visited.
I think the most helpful part is the part books they have hanging around everywhere. You find your part on your own pretty easy.
Customer service wasn't bad at all granted all I did was check out at the counter and found the part on my own.

Loved going there for all my auto parts but here lately customer service sucks,We got some young guys with absolutely no manners and really don't know how to respond to questions when asked I can tell they don't really love there job.

check around and try to find cheaper prices. Excellent service but prices can be more expensive than other places.

Was in there yesterday to get my battery checked.There were 2 men up front. One was with a costomer and the other was on a computer.When I asked fot help he was super rude and pointed to the sign above him and said can you read the sign?? I was so mad I just walked away.His name was Alan.Very rude man

I have never been to this particular Auto Zone as it located a couple of states away from where I live.With that said, I know that the service at this store must be top notch!A package I sent to my wife was accidentally mixed up with this store's Fed Ex delivery. Jeremy called me from the store and let me know what happened as soon as they found it.They could have just ignored it or even stolen it. Instead, Jeremy took the time and effort to make sure the package got to the right person.That shows me that this particular Auto Zone is staffed by some good people. Honest people, like Jeremy, who care enough to help someone out who is not even one of their customers.
