I go up there all the time to buy pods from them. They literally charged us for the wrong ones, took them right back and made us buy more. WILL NEVER BE BACK. Management needs better customer service skills after speaking with them on the phone.

This gas station has two self check outs only. I walk up to the self check out from the entrance with nothing in my hand waiting to be assisted to purchase something from behind the counter, I stand there for a few minutes as the employees are talking to their friends. The employees see me standing there and continue to talk , a line of three people has now formed. I tell the lady who has items she can go in front of me to the self check out because the employees are still ignoring me. When I tell the lady she may go in front of me the employee states “ you have to speak up if you want me to help you”. Mind you the employee was standing not 10 feet away talking to her friends. Next time I will be sure to ask her if she will do her job and assist me since that’s what it takes for service per the employee this was at 10:50 am on 03/25/25 if her boss would like to review the cameras as me and two other customers stood there.

Worst gas station in Robertsdale. I quit going here and remembered why when I stopped by. Person behind the counter wouldn’t even speak to me. Same employee who always has an attitude

Was waiting in line inside the store , where I had two separate customers cut in front of me like I wasn’t even there , I spoke up after the second one cut me off from the register, to where the two people behind the counter told me that “that was unnecessary and rude ‘ what was rude was the first two people feeling entitled & the two workers who thought I was the problem for speaking up for myself , when all I said was I was waiting in line . .. Bless their little stupid hearts , I won’t be back in that store

I was told by several employees that if I brought my circle k ice cups back I could get ice for free. Today I came in and employee said she had to charge me for 3 of cups of ice at .97cents each. Even though it was used ice cups so recharged me for cups I had already paid for on previous visit. A manager needs to contact me for a refund. ASAP.......

Rude cashier. (Guy with red hair and beard) Often locks the door on people as they try to walk in, despite it being a 24/7 establishment. No manners whatsoever, made a comment about me being underage (which I’m not, but he did not check my ID)
