1 of the 3 Crest Toothpaste that were signed and on sale did not ring up at the sale price. Seems odd because the 5. off. 3 manufacturer coupon came off. Also, the ad said buy 3 of them and get a 5. BB. False advertising all the way around.

Guy in the pharmacy was very rude- and if you're picking up, DO NOT GO TO THE OUTER LANE
Anyway, the lady who helped us at the window was nice. Probably am going to be moving our prescriptions elsewhere

Very poor service! They need to hire some people in the pharmacy. I've waited 1 hour in the drive up and I was the 3rd car in line.

Terrible customer service. To only have 1 pharmacist and 1 tech working when you have people in line inside and a drive through is a terrible way to run a business. Then when I picked up what was ready I asked to order a refill on another prescription and I was told I would have to wait until the line was helped. EXCUSE ME!? I already waited in line! By this logic I should have only been able to pick up 1 of the 2 prescriptions that were ready and then get back in line to get the next. I guess the silver lining for CVS pharmacy robertsdale has so much room for improvement, save 1 tech and 1 pharmacist, they have almost nowhere to go but up.

Don’t go there the pharmacy they have there is horrible. I think they just threw somebody in there she don’t care how long you been getting your meds there she’s unhelpful on solving any inside problems. You will have to call the source yourself to communicate on very serious matters. I’m sure she goes home with no problems in the world.

After visiting Walgreens and leaving due to them not having what I was looking for I directly headed to CVS where Priscilla quickly asked if I needed help and when I explained what I was looking for - she walked over to the shelf the item was located - smiled and said here it is - - she was helpful - pleasant & knowledgeable about the location of the item - I checked out and returned home - Priscilla is a clear benefit the the Robertsdale CVS and I will return there when I am in need of products they carry - thank you Priscilla for being so helpful and pleasant while helping me
