Worst thing about this camping world is trying to get a hold of the service department by telephone. Always have to leave a message and they rarely call back. if they would fix this, it would be five star. if you go into the store, the service department is great. This is the only reason for my three star rating.

They had what we went for and we found a nice lady to get it out of the overhead. The cashier was really nice and helpful.
