First let me say I love Greers. I shop there often. However, today I bought a seedless watermelon. It was almost rotten inside. It was mush. Sorry greers for the 3 star review.

No more chances. Multiple visits now we see staff standing around, with one cashier open and self-check out not open. Tonight was one cashier wth 10 people in line, the manger, opens a second line which quickly fills with 8 people in line, all the self-check out kiosks are closed. Another staff member is just standing by the service desk watching frustrated customers stacking up into the isles, she even makes comments to a stocker about it for 10min. So I assume she is not a cashier or not able to help, right? Wrong! she finally goes over and relieves the manager at the cash register.
This manger had, according to her, sent her on break, so that's why she just stood there for 10min mocking the frustrated customers.
The manager offers hesitantly. to check people out at the service counter. Apparently unable to open the self-check out??
I mean what in the world! When I commented to the cashier who finally came off "break" that they needed more help, she said... "no not really, it's just too many customers right now".
So it's a customer problem??? Ok, I'll provide my solution... don't have to worry about THIS customer any more.

Very accommodating managers! Grant and Donna are awesome! I so appreciate them giving young and elderly employees the opportunity to work in their store. It's always always so clean and smells good!! The bathrooms are so nice and clean as well! It would be nice if the lights had all of the light bulbs in the ceiling. It's too dark! Also, I think they should maybe decorate the store walls, bathroom lobby area entrance by the seasons. This is a local hometown store! Not a box store, thank God. I love watching Lucy Greer on WKRG Channel 5! Keep up the good work Greers!
