“If anyone needs help with AT&T products, I found the perfect store in Daphne, AL. It on Hwy 181, near Lowes, in fact it's practically in their parking area. The employees are so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. On February 14th I went to the store, because I have been having problems with my phone. An employee from the store worked with my phone for over 4 hours, until he was satisfied that my phone was working properly. He even received some assistance from the manager. The employees at this AT&T store are so friendly and personable, they make you feel like you're a friend, who they've known for years. I would like to express my sincere thanks and gratitude for all their help and assistance in getting my phone operating properly. “Buck was the most helpful person! We had gone to a sister store to switch carriers that was apparently a third party location… they had put on 6 other devises to our plan, and didn’t even switch over my watch.. needless to say, it was a mess. Buck took over an hour to correct everything the other store did, so that we didn’t get charged hundreds of dollars. Jerry was also super helpful. If you need anything done, go to this store and ask for Buck. They are super helpful and actually know what they are doing! If I could give 10 stars I would.”

“I visit this location all the time as I live near by. A couple of noteworthy points: * this past weekend I was asked if I were ready to check out. I was NOT yet at the self-checkout or employee checkouts. An associate had a shopping cart with some bags, stickers, a Telzon (price scanner) and a Receipt printer. She checked me out in a few short minutes. This is awesome! Their on-line shopping option is very convenient. Every employee is so courteous!!”
