Got my grandson’s account switched over to a different phone and set us up with home internet—even helped us attempt to add a line although unfortunately, the phone was locked, and we were unable to successfully complete the addition and had to have the process reversed. “When moving truck was delayed I found myself in a pickle. Some of needed.equipment for work was on the phantom truck. Best Buy had what I needed, ordered online, made the 45 mintute truck to pick up. Gentleman had items waiting for me with a smile on his face, printed a receipt and I was on my way back home. Work is hopping and 5 days later...still no moving truck!”
